1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your product if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing items or parts.
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like dislike of design, size, or color unless damaged/wrong item.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer.
5. Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, you can choose:
- A Replacement of the same product, OR
- A Refund processed after return inspection.
6. Return Shipping
- If the issue is on our end (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is FREE.
- If the issue is from the customer (wrong details, etc.), return shipping may be charged.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- If already shipped, cancellation is not possible — return may be required.
8. How to Request a Return

- Your Order ID
- Photos/Videos of the issue
